This resource is for wellness promoters – decision makers, business leaders, health department staff, and other stakeholders – who are interested in understanding state or local policies that support physical activity and wellness in and around the workplace.
Let’s Go! is a community engagement initiative working with communities to create environments that support healthy choices. Evidence-based strategies are used to promote policy, systems, and environmental changes that facilitate healthy eating and active living (HEAL) in early care and education programs, schools, out-of-school programs and health care practices.
Connect with Nature and Cultivate Your Own Well-Being. During these unprecedented times, self-care through exercise, mindfulness, and connecting with nature is especially important. Bloedel Reserve has adapted mindfulness practices from its onsite Strolls for Well-Being program to create 12 themed, self-guided walks that you can do at your home, in your yard, or around your neighborhood.
We have a new outreach kit for use when promoting the healthy eating and active living work you do in our community.

- HEAL flyer display: community flyers & impact reports
- 11 x 17 HEAL table banner
